This site will help increase communication throughout Holly Glen, strengthening our community and serving as a ready resource for all homeowners.

This main page will be where you'll get important and up-to-date information on Holly Glen and the HOA. Check out the 'FAQs' section for answers to many of your questions and 'Documents' for HOA bylaws, covenants, architectural guidelines and pool rules. You'll also find important forms like the architectural modification request form you'll need if you're planning changes to the exterior of your home or yard.

There are lots of opportunities for you to get involved in our community. Please visit often for up to date information and neighborhood news. Most committees have room for additional members. With the exception of the Architectural Control Committee, to which you must be elected. Please review the 'Committees' page and see if one is right for you. The chairperson of each committee (grounds, pool/recreation, architectural control, social, communication) and their email links are provided. They welcome your ideas and suggestions.
